Welcome to another after hours edition of 'Off The Clock,' where I share raw reflections, divine downloads, and heartfelt advice from a recovering workaholic. What I'm prioritizing: Enoughness. Have you ever calculated the cost of your desired lifestyle? Have you aligned that with your business revenue (minus taxes and expenses) to determine if your business currently can afford to pay you your desired take-home pay? If not, I encourage you to listen to this week's podcast episode, "10 Lessons Learned From Planning My Sabbatical In Advance," and create a spreadsheet of your desired lifestyle cost. I used this Dream Life Notion template (it's free!) to crystalize the lifestyle I want for this next chapter of my life. Think about the type of vacations you want to take, the level of support you want at home, how much you want to contribute to your retirement savings each year, the beauty maintenance you want to keep up, the type of investments you want to make (stocks or real estate), the car you want to drive, the mortgage of your dream home, health insurance, everything that comes with your dream life. Now, calculate your desired business expenses. What type of support do you want? Business mentor, mastermind participation, full time executive assistant, ongoing education and personal development, software, project based contractors, etc. Don't forget to include professional services like bookkeeping, tax preparation, and filing. Doing this helped me define how much is enough and ensure the business is aligned with that specific lifestyle. As I am choosing which offer to relaunch or restructure, it's giving me clear guardrails to create within and ensuring I am focused on my definition of success. I used this tax calculator before consulting my accountant to estimate how much my business would need to earn (revenue minus expenses) to match my desired lifestyle costs. *Please note that this calculator does NOT account for business expenses, make sure to factor that in. Also, it may be slightly inaccurate depending on whether you file as married jointly or single. However, it will give you a close estimate. What I'm looking forward to: My cousin is graduating from nursing school next month and I can't wait to celebrate with her and the family. She's been so focused on finishing her nurse practitioner program while being a great wife + mom to my little cousins and godkids (who are 2 and 3 years old). I'm looking forward to showing up for the moments that matter, with the people that matter, and having a good ol time! What I've been dancing to: βBooty Drop by Doechiiβ After doing my morning affirmations, I've been twerking and twirling to this. I don't know if it's the beat or what, but I'm vibing to it. Welcome to another after hours edition of 'Off The Clock,' where I share raw reflections, divine downloads, and heartfelt advice from a recovering workaholic. It's been a lonnnnng time since I've turned on the camera and hit record. Every time I would sit down at my desk in front of my Canon camera or pull out my Shure mic, I would freeze up. But a few days ago, while I was charging my Tesla, I got the urge to keep it simple and prop my iPhone on the steering wheel to give you an update on...

I've been craving more romance in my life. Not just from external relationships, but in the mundance moments. Here are a few ways I've been infusing luxury and romance into my day. Making flower arrangements. Getting flowers has added a touch of romance to my grocery shopping experience, and it always leads to a fun chat at the checkout...
It took me 3 years to earn my first $1,000,000. In the following 12 months, I did $1,000,000+ cash collected in the calendar year. And that next year, my personal net worth exceeded $1,000,000. I did all this by the time I was 30. Iβm the definition of New Money: Those whose wealth is recently acquired rather than inherited; the nouveau riche. I come from parents with high school diplomas, who worked hard, were employed under two to three jobs, and did their best to make ends meet. My...
