Welcome to another after hours edition of 'Off The Clock,' where I share raw reflections, divine downloads, and heartfelt advice from a recovering workaholic. I've been craving more romance in my life. Not just from external relationships, but in the mundance moments. Here are a few ways I've been infusing luxury and romance into my day. Making flower arrangements. Getting flowers has added a touch of romance to my grocery shopping experience, and it always leads to a fun chat at the checkout as the clerk wonders who I'm spoiling with all these blooms. Myself. ;) My favorite place to get flowers is Trader Joe's. They have a great selection for such affordable prices. Want to see the Valentine's Day arragement I made earlier this week - for only $31? Upgrading my intimates. I am guilty of getting dressed, doing my makeup and looking fabulous when I go out and coming home to put on some tired panties and an oversized t-shirt. I was feeling lack luster at home and wanted a feminie glow up. I cleared out my intimates drawer, got rid of anything that I didn't feel great in and restocked. New robes - A cotton robe that I love lounging in and a satin robe that makes me feel a bit more feminine. New undies - 100% cotton panties are necessary in my 30s. If you know, you know. I love sleeping in these or just a good everyday pair. I also have been loving these cheeky briefs. New pillows - I'm a side sleeper and my favorite pillow was discontinued last year. My shoulders have been in shambles while I've been on the hunt for the perfect pillow. After much trial and error, I found this hybrid pillow and this memory foam pillow to be my new favorites. The right pillow can make all the difference in your quality of sleep. Decluttering and organizing the kitchen. At my core, I embrace minimalist millennial ideals, yet my kitchen cabinets were beginning to resemble the clutter of a different generation. Raised in a household where wasting food warranted scolding, my tall and deep pantry shelves were becoming the center of unorganized chaos I could no longer ignore. Having an organized kitchen brings me all sorts of joy and it feels like a little act of self love. This is your sign to get rid of expired seasonings in your spice drawer, to clear out of items in the fridge and to declutter your pantry.
You can create romantic moments for yourself everyday with a little intentionality. Clean out your pantry + seasoning drawer, put effort into your appearance vs opting to work remotely in your pajamas from last night, and choose dish ware over plastic plates tonight. Make your own flower arrangement, replace your old panties, and use a body scrub + shower oil to upgrade your evening routine. Wear a cute workout set for your morning walk, drink water out of a wine glass, and have 90s r&b playing while you cook with your favorite robe on. A little effort goes a long way. My invitation to you: Identify one item you can upgrade or one moment you can elevate this week. Hit reply and let me know β€οΈ or tag me on social To giving yourself the romance you crave. Until next week friend, Jereshia

Welcome to another after hours edition of 'Off The Clock,' where I share raw reflections, divine downloads, and heartfelt advice from a recovering workaholic. It's been a lonnnnng time since I've turned on the camera and hit record. Every time I would sit down at my desk in front of my Canon camera or pull out my Shure mic, I would freeze up. But a few days ago, while I was charging my Tesla, I got the urge to keep it simple and prop my iPhone on the steering wheel to give you an update on...
It took me 3 years to earn my first $1,000,000. In the following 12 months, I did $1,000,000+ cash collected in the calendar year. And that next year, my personal net worth exceeded $1,000,000. I did all this by the time I was 30. Iβm the definition of New Money: Those whose wealth is recently acquired rather than inherited; the nouveau riche. I come from parents with high school diplomas, who worked hard, were employed under two to three jobs, and did their best to make ends meet. My...
